a website redesign for a hospitality group
Overview
AAAR Hotels was founded in 2008 with over 50 years of combined hospitality experience. Today AAAR owns and operates franchise and independent hotels under Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Best Western, G6 Hospitality, Wyndham, and Choice. I redesigned their corporate website to actually tell that story.

AAAR Hotels was founded in 2008 with over 50 years of combined hospitality experience. Today AAAR owns and operates franchise and independent hotels under Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Best Western, G6 Hospitality, Wyndham, and Choice. I redesigned their corporate website to actually tell that story.
Problem
The original website was outdated and needed a refresh, with these being some problem areas:
A generic dark-blue “WELCOME TO AAAR HOTELS” hero with stock interior photography and no real story behind it
No call-to-action anywhere on the homepage to view more properties or personalize the experience.
A real 26-year track record and seven franchise relationships that never showed up anywhere on the site
